Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL Express for fast and secure delivery. Estimated delivery times are:

  • European Union: 2–5 business days

  • Non-EU Countries: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance and local DHL processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight/size of your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping fee at checkout.

  • The customer is responsible for paying these additional costs directly to local customs or DHL before receiving their order.

  • We ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, not DDP.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on possible import fees before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or other factors beyond our control. However, if you encounter issues with your shipment, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving them with DHL.
